The Vice President, Commercial, Fresh Produce is a strategic leader who manages the team responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of core business operations with a specific focus on the 5P’s (Product, Price, Promotion/Marketing, Place, and Process). This role is responsible for ensuring cross-functional alignment across departments, driving delivery of the PnL budget, and supports the company’s long-term growth objectives. The role will also manage the quality assurance and food safety, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
