Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we usually print them the same day. This means you can cancel your order and get a refund as long as it hasn’t been processed yet. Just get in touch with our customer support team, and they’ll take care of everything. Here’s a quick rundown of when you can cancel and what to expect:

• You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it.
• The fastest way to cancel is to call our customer support or email us at info@standeewala.com.
• If your order is cancelled, you’ll receive a refund in the form of a voucher sent directly to your email.
• Orders will also be cancelled automatically if payment is not received. You’ll receive an email notification if this happens.

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
• Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours. We will rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
