Welcome to StandeeWala! These StandeeWala Standout Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are the rules of the road for using our printing services (the “Services”). By placing an order with StandeeWala, you’re saying you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. StandeeWala Services
We offer a fantastic selection of high-quality printing services for all your display needs, including standees, banners, posters, and more (the “Products”). You can find all the details about what we offer on the StandeeWala website or by chatting with our friendly customer service team.
2. Placing Your Order
Ordering StandeeWala’s Services is a breeze! You can do it all directly on our user-friendly website or by contacting our amazing customer service team. To make sure your order turns out exactly how you want it, you’ll need to provide high-resolution artwork or design files for the Products you want us to create. If you need a hand with the design, we offer knockout design services for an extra fee. We reserve the right to reject any order that doesn’t meet our quality standards or violates any laws.
3. Pricing and Payment
We’re all about clear and competitive pricing. You’ll find our prices listed on the website, or we can give you a custom quote if that’s easier. Payment for the Services is due upfront, at the time you place your order. We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience, all explained during the checkout process.
4. Artwork and Design
You’re the boss of your artwork! Just make sure the artwork or design files you give us are high quality and meet our specs (which you can find on the website or by asking us). You’re also totally responsible for making sure you have permission to use any copyrighted or trademarked material in your artwork. Of course, if you’d rather not tackle the design yourself, we have a team of superstar designers who can create something amazing for you, for an extra fee.
5. How Long It Takes (Turnaround Time)
We know getting your order quickly is important. The amount of time it takes to complete your order (turnaround time) will depend on what you ordered, how much you ordered, and how complex the design is. We’ll give you an estimated turnaround time when you place your order.
6. Delivering Your Order
We’ll get your Products to you safely and securely, right to the address you give us when you order. Shipping costs are upfront and will be added to your order total at checkout. Just remember, you might be responsible for import duties or taxes depending on where you are in the world.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Hey, things change! We understand that you might need to cancel your order before we’ve started working on it. In that case, no problem, we’ll give you a full refund. Unfortunately, once your order is in production, we can’t cancel it. We can only offer refunds if the order arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, we’ll get you a full refund right away or reprint your order for free.
8. Our Responsibility (Limitation of Liability)
There are some things that are just out of our control. We won’t be held liable for things like:
- Delivery delays caused by unexpected events.
- Printing mistakes that happen because your artwork or design files weren’t up to spec.
- Other stuff that’s outside of our reasonable control.
9. The Legal Stuff (Term and Termination)
These Terms are like our agreement – they apply until either of us decides to end it. We can terminate these Terms with written notice to you at any time, for any reason. You can terminate them by simply stopping your use of the Services.
10. The Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of India.
11. Settling Disputes
We’re all about finding friendly solutions. If there’s a disagreement about these Terms, we’ll try to work it out through arbitration according to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. If that doesn’t work, the disagreement will be settled in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
12. The Whole Picture (Entire Agreement)
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and StandeeWala for using the Services. They replace any other agreements or promises that might have been made before.
13. Changes to the Terms (Amendment)
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
